What is Solo?

SOLO® is an all natural sodium-reduced, magnesium-enriched sea salt containing sodium, potassium and magnesium in "near perfect proportions" according to health professionals.

It can be used for cooking, baking or seasoning food at the table, use it just like ordinary salt.

It is the sodium within salt which is the problematic mineral insofar as high blood pressure and related health problems are concerned. SOLO® contains 60% less sodium than ordinary salt.

SOLO® also contains magnesium salts which help replace the present deficiency caused by its depleted presence in fresh foodstuffs arising from low levels of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium in the soil.

SOLO® benefits from documented efficacy having been positively profiled in The British Medical Journal in August 1994 vol. 309 pages 436 – 440 following a successful randomised double blind placebo trial which was conducted at the Erasmus University in Holland.
